Do I need to engage across all four areas or can I start with one?

You can start with whichever area is most pressing. Many clients begin with a single project — an HR audit, a HACCP review, a profitability analysis, or a recruitment brief — and build from there. There is no requirement to engage across all areas from the outset.

What does an ongoing operational partnership look like in practice?

For retainer clients, we are available throughout the month for questions, contract reviews, compliance queries, and ad hoc support across whatever service areas are covered in your retainer. We schedule regular check-ins, flag regulatory changes proactively, and you have direct access to our consultants — not an account manager.

Is this suitable for a single-site venue or is it only for larger groups?

We work with both. The majority of our clients are independent, owner-operated venues — restaurants, cafés, pubs, and hotels — who need senior expertise but do not have the scale to justify a full-time internal team. We scale the engagement to match the size and complexity of the business.
